Private Bankers Especially Absent From Fed’s Symposium This Year

Wall Streets huge investment banks are out and the AFL-CIO is in this year at the Federal Reserves Jackson Hole Seminar.

William Spriggs, primary economist at the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, is amongst the guests at the Fed seminar, a yearly conference of worldwide central bankers. The theme of this years conversation is labor markets, and the Fed also welcomed Erica Groshen, commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Stats and a previous New york city Fed economist.
