By virtue of the authority vested in the Office of the President, I Ruben R. Zackhras, Acting President of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, do hereby proclaim the period from October 26, 2009 through November 1, 2009 as a time of national mourning in observance of the death of
Late Senator Hemos A. Jack
Be it further proclaimed that during the hours they are flown, the flag of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and all other flags, shall be at half-mast during the said period of observation.
