U.S. Charge d’ Affairs

Majuro, June 18, 2009 - U.S. Charge d’ Affairs Douglas Morris paid a farewell courtesy visit to President Tomeing on June 16, 2009 , officially ending his post as the Charge d’ Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in the Republic of the Marshall Islands and to introduce his predecessor Mr. Robert MacCallum. Mr. Robert MacCallum has been assigned as the interim Charge d’ Affaires of the U.S. Embassy. The Marshall Islands has not received confirmation of new U.S. Ambassador.
