By virtue of the authority vested in the Office of the President, I, LITOKWA TOMEING, President of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, do hereby proclaim the period from March 31, 2008 through April 06, 2008 as a time of national mourning in observance of the death of
Honorable Kunio D. Lemari
Be it further proclaim that during the hours they are flown, the flag of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and all other flags, shall be at half-mast during the said period of observation.
